FAQ

  • How does the monthly document limit work?

    Your document count resets at the start of each calendar month. One extraction counts as one document. Unused documents do not roll over.

  • What file size or page limits apply?

    We support PDF and images (JPG, PNG) up to 20 MB per file. For multi-page PDFs, each page is processed as part of a single document for limit purposes.

  • Can I change plans later?

    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Limits apply from the next extraction.
